23 sept. 2017 · Luna also appears in live-action human form in Act 27 of the live-action series, but as a young human girl called Luna Tsukino who becomes a Sailor Soldier herself. Rina Koike played this live-action version of the black cat.
Luna is a talking black-purple cat that advises and mentors Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon) and the rest of the Sailor Senshi throughout the anime series. This is the first anime depiction of the original manga character. Her counterpart is Artemis, who assists Sailor Venus .
In her human form, Luna is a young, slim and frail woman with curly, long black hair which reaches her waist and has two buns on the sides. Her forehead bears the same crescent moon mark that she wears as a cat, and which are also featured on her gold earrings.
Luna's personality as a human girl is essentially identical to her normal self, except that she has a mild obsession with sweet foods and behaves more like a real cat, in that she runs from dogs and is easily distracted by toys. She also has heightened hearing and is able to move extremely quickly.
26 mars 2020 · Especially in the Sailor Moon S movie where we get a look at their human forms, it's fairly evident that Luna is portrayed as a female while Artemis is portrayed as a male. However, not all of the dubs handled their genders this way.
In the anime, it is never suggested that the cats are anything but cats, and only Luna ever transforms into a human. In Act 41 of the manga, however, Sailor Moon's power causes her companions to revert to their true forms. The Sailor Senshi become princesses, and the three cats are teleported to Sailor Moon's location, where they take on human ...
23 mars 2020 · Fans who have seen the live action series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon know that Luna can transform into a human form from her cat one. That’s also true in the manga. This particular ability isn’t Luna-specific, but instead, true of those from the planet Mau.
