Emin Boztepe (17 juillet 1962 à Eskişehir) est un maître d'arts martiaux turc. En 1966, il part vivre en Allemagne avec sa famille. Il commence à apprendre les arts martiaux à l'âge de 13 ans, à cause des insultes racistes qu'il subit. Après des années d'entrainement, il devient maître de wing chun (wing tsun).
Emin has been a professional Wing Tzun Instructor throughout Europe for the past 25 years and has become widely recognized for his fighting skills. He founded EBMAS after leaving Leung Ting's organization.

He first came to prominence for his fight in 1986 with noted Wing Chun practitioner William Cheung , [2] and he continued to gain attention in the 1990s with public challenges, including the Gracie family .
