Barbara Hoyt (December 27, 1951 – December 3, 2017) was an American nurse and a member of the "Manson Family", led by Charles Manson. Hoyt was a witness in District Attorney Vincent Bugliosi's prosecution of Manson and his followers for the Tate-LaBianca murders.

Barbara Hoyt turned state’s evidence as a witness for the prosecution in numerous trials against Charles Manson and the others; the Tate/Labianca murders and the murder of Donald Jerome “Shorty” Shea (People v.
