28 juin 2020 · The Moonlite is available with different drawtube lengths. I got mine with a short drawtube (1.5", if I remember right), because I mostly use it for planetary AP, where I just have to tweak it to stay in focus. If you are going to use it for eyepieces with a large range of field stop positions, then you might want one with a longer drawtube.
13 avr. 2018 · The solution? You will need to change the threaded SCT adapter on the telescope side of your diagonal to a standard unthreaded 2" nosepiece. This can be done with many- but not all - 2" SCT diagonals such as those from GSO and William Optics.
7 janv. 2007 · I've got the Feathertouch on my C-11 and the Moonlight on my AR-6. Both are great - I don't think you'd be disappointed with either of them.

24 août 2012 · If you check the Robofocus website, there is documentation comparing the focus accuracy using a Robofocus on the stock LX200 focuser versus installing the Robofocus on an aftermarket focuser attached to the rear of the scope (like the Moonlight). The results showed no difference.
Regarding the SCT focuser issues I use Moonlight focuser's on the large 3.2x" ports, a 2.5" Moonlight on the M10 f/6.3 for imaging and a 2" Moonlight on the mostly visual NexStar 11 SCT OTA. With the NS11 and Moonlight I rarely use the stock focuser, all of my TeleVue eyepieces are parfocal and easily focused by the Moonlight.
