As of the December 14th, 2021 Build, the player can attack Raibaru without being counter-attacked if she has been poisoned. The player can also ruin her reputation. If the player lowers her reputation too much, she will permanently stay away from Osana.
Kidnapping is one of the non-lethal elimation methods for female students, including rivals, that does not leave behind any evidence linking the protagonist to the disappearance. The protagonist can hold up to 10 kidnapped girls in the basement.

If you use the kill option and kidnap someone to mind break them, you won't be able to do much since it takes until Friday to 100%break a girl. You can still send them to kill raibaru, but than osana will guard her body and cry while being surrounded by people or teachers.
