3 juil. 2016 · My sympatico email still works perfectly. I have not set up Rogers email yet but I copied and set up my sympatico email onto Thunderbird. It is working in tandem with the sympatico email. If Bell ever cuts me off my sympatico email I will still have all the emails in Thunderbird which is stored on my hard drive.
28 sept. 2016 · I have a sympatico email setup in windows live mail. We're cancelling our services with Bell and the email address will be closed down and inaccessible. I've created a new gmail and I want to have the contacts and all of the emails (sent, junk, inbox, etc.) from the sympatico email acccount in the new gmail account.

11 août 2012 · I was using the Sympatico SMTP server simply because access to any other mail server (ie my ISP's) was blocked by Bell. But for the last five plus years that was never a problem - my main email address was sent when I used the Sympatico server, I received my reply emails which did go through the incoming mail server of my prime ISP and everything was fine.
11 août 2012 · Digging into this I found that the Sympatico suddenly started to substitute my return address in the emails I had sent out, instead of john@abc.net, they sent smith@sympatico.ca as the return address. That was my Sympatico email account that was set up automatically when I signed up with Sympatico but I never ever used that account.
