If you share your booking page, but not your calendar, others can’t view events on your calendar. Under the “View Switcher” menu, you can show or hide appointment schedules. If an appointment schedule is hidden and you create a new schedule or add time to one, the hidden appointment schedules will show again.

Create and share booking pages so people can book time with you. View booked appointments alongside your schedule in Google Calendar. Important: If you use Calendar with a personal account or Workspace Business Starter, you can create a single booking page and accept unlimited appointments at no charge.
To share the link, next to “Open booking page,” click Share . Under “Website embed,” select an option: To create a button for all services on your calendar, click All appointment schedules. To create a button for a specific service on your calendar, click A single booking page. To open the “Inline booking page” option, click Expand .
Anyone with the link to your booking page can view your: Booking page; Profile photo; Account name; To change your profile photo or account name, go to your Google Account settings. Important: Booking pages you create: Are public; Aren't affected by your calendar sharing settings
If your booking is in the next 1–2 days, it’s best to call the business directly to modify the booking. In some situations, you may have to cancel your booking and re-book with the updated information. Change the email address associated with the booking. Bookings are associated with the Google Account used to make the booking.
If your booking is eligible for cancellation, there are 2 ways to cancel: Follow the instructions in your confirmation email. Go to Reserve with Google. Then, next to the booking, click Cancel. You may have to pay a fee to cancel some bookings. These policies are in the booking details at checkout and in your confirmation email.
