  8. 6 mars 2023 · I think some history is helpful. According to Wikipedia "Joan Jett saw the Arrows perform "I Love Rock 'n' Roll" on their weekly UK television series Arrows while she was touring England with the Runaways in 1976." So she was either 17 or 18 when she first heard the song.
