A cowl induction system can be installed on any ’70-’72 Chevelle that is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor. This includes the following engines: 350, 396 and 454. You’ll want to prime and paint your hood before installing the cowl system. Be sure to paint the cowl door and screen body color.

12 déc. 2023 · I have a Performer RPM on my VortecPro 467 and factory cowl induction hood on my '72. Fits perfect without the air cleaner spacer and the factory rubber gasket around the ring. It is definitely tight, but it can be done with the Performer RPM.
