After a mysterious serial killer Rudra seems to have resurfaced, CBI appoints Anjali to investigate the murder cases. Soon, Anjali's brother Arjun is dragged into the mess when his girlfriend Krithi is kidnapped and he is framed as the killer.
The film's plot is about a psycho killer named Rudra, played by actor Anurag Kashyap. Rudra is on a killing spree in Bangalore, and the CBI is called in to investigate him. The story is also about Anjali's personal life, which intersects with the case she is investigating.
