- About Us
Los Gatos High School (LGHS) is a high school in Los Gatos, California. It was founded in 1908 and is part of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Joint Union High School District, which in 2021 was ranked the best high school district in California. The school enrolls approximately 2,100 students and employs about 100 teachers.
With a focus on welcoming all incoming students into the student body, Los Gatos High School is not just the center of high-quality education and innovative learning in town: we pride ourselves on being integral members of the community with strong ties to many community-based organizations.

1 mai 2018 · Many LGHS students know Matthew Holm as the teacher they can typically find walking all over Los Gatos. A jack of all trades, Holm has taught English, AP Computer Science, Physics, and several other classes at LGHS, but teaching was not in his life plan when he left high school.
1 août 2020 · On Sun., Jul. 26, upwards of 350 people gathered on the Los Gatos High School track to stand in solidarity with survivors of sexual assault. Hanna Rezvani hangs up a poster that reads, “Los Gatos, Believe Survivors.”
