Damnocracy was a heavy metal supergroup formed on, and for, the VH1 TV show Supergroup in 2006. The members of the band ultimately dubbed their band project Damnocracy. The band's assumed manager was Doc McGhee, who has managed the likes of Kiss, Scorpions, Mötley Crüe, and Night Ranger.

13 oct. 2023 · Damnocracy were very much a bizarre product of a bizarre moment in time, when nostalgia for the “glory days” of rock was being chased by countless TV gatekeepers. Thankfully those days are gone now, and this particular supergroup are nothing more than a long-forgotten curio of the era.
Formed on/for the VH1 "celebreality" show "Supergroup," Damnocracy features vocalist Sebastian Bach (most famous as the frontman for Skid Row), guitarists Ted Nugent and Scott Ian , Biohazard bassist Evan Seinfeld, and drummer Jason Bonham (Foreigner, UFO), the son of legendary Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham.
