Documentaire qui retrace la vie d'un groupe de skateboarders révolutionnaires vivant dans les années '70. Le réalisateur et fidèle Z-Boy Stacy Peralta a fait un montage d'entrevues, de vieilles photos et de bandes vidéo, le tout appuyés par une intense bande sonore punk de circonstance.
