I like this book a lot, but then, Jan Kerouac was a friend. A good friend. This is also a lovely edition, with lots of supplementary material. Every time I look at it, I remember Jan and it makes me sad.

About Jan Kerouac Jan Kerouac, daughter of Beat Generation novelist Jack Kerouac, was born in 1952 in Albany, New York. Raised on the Lower East Side of New York, she traveled extensively in Mexico and South America in her teenage years and early twenties.
