22 mai 2024 · I love your Highlands articles but I recommend to change the name to “The Highlands Neighborhoods” because the Highlands is clearly multiple neighborhoods. We just successfully fought to change the name of the original neighborhood named Highlands to the Original Highlands because the Highlands became known for a collection of neighborhoods.
Highlands Latin’s schedule prioritizes family life. School is not held on Mondays to allow for extended family trips, reading, homework, and extra-curricular opportunities. Families also use Mondays to schedule doctor’s visits and other routine appointments without missing class time. Kindergarten – Two-day program Tuesday, Thursday 8:00-3:30
Highlands Christian School is a private, co-educational school dedicated to carrying on the legacy of Carden education in Lake Highlands.. Highlands students of all ages are encouraged to read as much as possible over the summer, and students in 3rd – 8th grades have required summer reading and math assignments. Even though it is the “off-season”, we feel that it is important for students to continue their learning through the summer while still having time for the all-important family, friends, and play.
