Neville Farrington’s grandmother styled as Lady Olivier after 1947, has won the Academy Award for Best Actress twice for her various roles and also the Tony Award for her work in the Broadway musical version of Tovarich (1963).

Upon her mother's death, Farrington was bequeathed her mother's papers, including her letters, photographs, contracts and diaries.
