4 mars 2022 · Pauline voyage régulièrement avec EasyJet. Le 26 février, elle a écrit à 60 Millions pour raconter sa mésaventure avec la compagnie aérienne low cost : « Cela fait deux fois en deux mois qu’au départ de Nantes, nos bagages à main sont testés et validés par la compagnie, et qu’au départ de Nice, il faut payer un surplus bagage.
Le 23/04 easyjet me contacte et me propose un avoir sachant qu'aucun avion ne décollait. J'accepte faute de mieux. En août je fais une demande de remboursement car je n'ai pas envie de me servir de l'avoir. Je précise qu'aucun remboursement ne m'avait été proposé. Aucune nouvelle. Hier 2/10 j'appelle easyJet.

3 août 2024 · Easyjet should have rerouted you: arranged flights as soon as possible after the cancelled flight, if necessary on another airline. If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full costs of your new flights.
5 mars 2024 · I wouldnt risk leaving the seat allocation to Easyjet at the point of check in as they may assign both seats in separate rows. This wouldn't necessarily work. If you buy two seats as "John Smith" and only one "John Smith" turns up and boards then they could allocate that seat to someone else.
13 août 2024 · My understanding is that EasyJet, in common with other budget carriers, only sell individual point-to-point tickets, rather than multi-leg itineraries, so I don't think you can protect yourself in the way you want if you're flying with them, and would have separate bookings, with luggage needing to be claimed and checked in again in between.
23 juil. 2024 · Easyjet cancelled multiple flights on the day I was due to travel (June 29), including mine. The only Easyjet person in the whole of the terminal was a young guy who was handing out leaflets written in French - and getting snippy with anyone who asked advice. There was very little wifi in the terminal - and anyway the Easyjet app kept crashing.
21 mars 2023 · easyJet may be willing to move the flights to another day if LH haven't already accepted the time change. However this may have to be done by LH, and then any other arrangements such as hotel and transfer will also have to be moved. LH will charge admin fees for this as well as potentially re-costing the hotel element.
EasyJet ne délivre pas automatiquement de facture, mais, jusqu'à aujourd'hui, on pouvait en faire la demande et la recevoir. Cette facture est impérative pour le remboursement de frais professionnels, et je pensais jusqu'à aujourd'hui qu'un fournisseur était dans l'obligation de la fournir à la demande du client.
