The hotel feels a bit dated, we stayed in March 2024 and in our room (diamond club) we had several issues: 1. Sliding Bathroom door was broken, it ended up locking a guest in for 30 min, after repairs, it would not close more than halfway without sticking to the floor. 2. Sliding Room partition did not work at all.
