Zhezkazgan, or Jezkazgan (Kazakh: Жезқазған, romanized: Jezqazğan (listen ⓘ)) is a city and the administrative centre of Ulytau Region, Kazakhstan. Population: 86,227 (2009 Census results); 90,001 (1999 Census results). Its urban area includes the neighbouring mining town of Satpayev, for a total city population of 148,700.
