NEWS. Detour Route for Newportville Road Bewteen Zimmerman Lane and New Falls Road - July 9-17. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is planning bridge construction on Newportville Road in Bristol Township and Bensalem Township, beginning Tuesday, July 9.
