Austin Scott Miller (born 15 May 1961) is a retired four-star general in the United States Army and former Delta Force commander who served as the final commander of NATO 's Resolute Support Mission and United States Forces – Afghanistan from 2 September 2018 [1] to 12 July 2021. [2]
