Hal Jordan is one of Earth's Green Lanterns. A former military test pilot, he is now the protector of Sector 2814. He is also a founding member of the Justice League.
Yalan Gur is a Green Lantern introduced as part of an effort to reconcile the Golden Age Green Lantern's origin with the later introduction of the Green Lantern Corps. He is a red-scaled, reptilian humanoid, assigned to sector 2814 in the 10th century.
