Natasha's Law, named after Natasha Ednan-Laperouse who died from an allergic reaction to a Pret a Manger baguette, requires food businesses to include full ingredients labelling on pre-packed for direct sale foods. The law will come into force in October 2021 and aims to protect millions of allergy sufferers in England.
