Tito Lutwa Okello (né en 1914 dans le district de Kitgum et mort le 3 juin 1996 à Kampala) est un militaire et homme politique ougandais. Il accède à la fonction de président de l'Ouganda en juillet 1985 au moyen d'un coup d'État, avant d'être lui-même délogé de la même façon en janvier 1986.
Tito Lutwa Okello (1914 – 3 June 1996) was a Ugandan military officer and politician who served as the eighth president of Uganda from 29 July 1985 until 26 January 1986.
Tito Okello Lutwa was a Ugandan soldier who led a coup against President Obote in 1985. He faced rebellions, economic crisis and a power struggle with the NRA/M, and was overthrown in 1986.
