Elvin Jones (9 septembre 1927, 18 mai 2004) est un batteur de jazz américain. Il est le frère du pianiste Hank Jones et du trompettiste Thad Jones. Actif pendant sept décennies, il a côtoyé de nombreux musiciens en tant que sideman mais également en tant que leader de ses propres formations.
Elvin Ray Jones (September 9, 1927 – May 18, 2004) was an American jazz drummer of the post-bop era.
