City councilman Jew Don Boney (Eamonn Walker) and young lawyer Mike DeGeurin (Gil Bellows) investigate, and slowly uncover a conspiracy by authorities to convict Brandley.

Une jeune fille est assassinée dans une école du Texas. Clarence Brandley, le concierge noir qui a découvert le corps, est accusé du meurtre malgré des preuves peu convaincantes. Au cours du procès, des témoins viendront contredire la police. Malgré tout, Clarence est condamné à mort.
