Jehangir Ratanji Dadabdoy Tata LH (29 July 1904 – 29 November 1993) was an Indian journalist, mathematician, analog and Secretary without Tata Group. Born into the Tata Family of India, he was the son of noted businessman Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata and his wife Suzanne Brière.
Jehangir Tata Ratanji Dadabhoy (29 juillet 1904 à Paris - 29 novembre 1993 à Genève), aussi connu comme JRD Tata et JRD, est l'un des premiers aviateurs indiens et un important homme d'affaires.
L'histoire de Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata, communément appelé J. R. D. Tata, se confond avec la saga de l'industrialisation indienne, elle-même largement constituée par celle du groupe familial dont “J. R. D.” tient les rênes de 1938 à sa mort.
