Kazumi Saito (斉藤 和巳, Saitō Kazumi, born November 30, 1977) is a Japanese former professional baseball starting pitcher, and current fourth squad manager for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks.

The result, however, was a third-place finish. What was the cause of defeat as seen by the "ace who never loses" on the front line?
After three years on the sidelines, the Softbank Hawks offered former ace Kazumi Saito a choice this offseason: an entry-level ikusei contract, or a coaching position with the team. Saito chose to continue his comeback as a coach, fittingly one responsible for injury rehabilitation.
1 sept. 2023 · At the general meeting on June 30, JSSP President and CEO Kazumi Saito was re-elected to his second term as Chairman and President. He was sworn in as Chairman at an August 4 ceremony presided over by Philippine Economic Zone Authority Deputy Director General Vivian Santos.
Kazumi Saitoh was the first two-time Sawamura Award winner in Pacific League history. His career record through 2006 is an amazing 73-20. Saitoh's brother introduced him to baseball and his favorite player as a kid was Kiyoshi Nakahata. Saitoh became a pitcher in 9th grade and was a first-round draft choice of the Daiei Hawks in 1995.
