Calvin Edwin Ripken Jr. (born August 24, 1960), nicknamed "the Iron Man", [1] is an American former baseball shortstop and third baseman who played his entire 21-season career in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Baltimore Orioles (1981–2001).
Cal Ripken Jr. is a Hall of Fame shortstop who played 21 seasons for the Baltimore Orioles. He holds the record for the most consecutive games played in MLB history and won multiple awards, including AL MVP and AL Rookie of the Year.
Calvin « Cal » Edwin Ripken, Jr. (né le 24 août 1960 à Havre de Grace, Maryland, États-Unis) est un ancien arrêt-court et joueur de troisième but dans la Ligue majeure de baseball. Il a joué toute sa carrière, de 1981 à 2001, avec les Orioles de Baltimore.
