Javier Fernández López (né le 15 avril 1991 à Madrid [1]), est un patineur artistique espagnol. Il est le premier médaillé olympique en patinage pour son pays (2018). Il est double champion du monde (2015, 2016) et septuple champion d'Europe consécutif entre 2013 et 2019.
Fernández became the first Spanish skater to ever qualify for the Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final when he qualified for the 2011–12 event. In Quebec City, he was third in the short program and fourth in the long to win the bronze medal, and in so doing, became the first Spaniard to medal at a Grand Prix Final.
