Semra Sezer (née Kürümoğlu; born August 16, 1944) was the First Lady of Turkey from May 2000 until August 2007 during the presidency of her husband Ahmet Necdet Sezer. She was born on August 16, 1944, in Yenimahalle, Ankara to the family of a bank officer, Kemal Kürümoğlu.
Eşinin 24 Nisan 2000 tarihinde iktidar ve muhalefet partilerinin tarihi mutabakatıyla cumhurbaşkanlığına aday gösterildiğini televizyondan öğrenen Semra Sezer, 16 Mayıs 2000 – 28 Ağustos 2007 tarihleri arasında Çankaya Köşkü’nün ev sahibeliğini yaptı.
