Sam Duckworth (born 30 January 1986) is an English musician who performs as Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly. He is also sometimes referred to as Get Cape, Cape, GCWCF and Slam Dunkworth (the latter title apparently first coined by Emmy the Great ). [4]
Wear Cape. Fly, a moniker culled from a headline in a computer magazine about a Batman game. Raised equally on electronic, political folksingers, and post-hardcore, he began Get Cape in his hometown of Southend, Essex in 2004, following a stint fronting a hardcore punk band.

“Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly.” or GC.W.CF. is the performing alias of British musician Sam Duckworth. According to Sam, the stage name came from an article in a gamer magazine about super heroes.
