Jocelyn Lorette Brown (born November 25, 1950), sometimes credited as Jocelyn Shaw, is an American R&B and dance singer. [1] [2] Although she has only one Billboard Hot 100 chart entry solely in her name, [3] she has an extensive background in the music industry and is well known in the world of dance music.
Around 1982 she worked on the movie 'Divine Madness', which starred Bette Midler. Jocelyn later recorded 'Caught Up in a One Night Love Affair,' a very popular dancer in New York's disco clubs including Studio 54, Paradise Garage, The Fever, Harlem World and Bond's International.
