Il y a 5 jours · It’s possible that Fido prioritises a better data connection (2600MHz) whereas Rogers might prioritise strong signal (700MHz). Neither consideration is necessarily better than the other. While you seem to prefer signal strength over anything else, others might prefer the potentially faster data connection.
Il y a 4 jours · A new customer can have a plan with $29 for 20G but I have been paying $40 for 20G for more than 5 years. When I asked customer service to lower the price or change my plan to $29 fo 20G they told me that it is only for new customer. This is amazing !!!

Considering Bell’s Virgin Plus just increased the price of several of its plans, including bumping the 20GB plan from $34 to $44, I could see Fido following suit. However, none of Fido’s other plans are marked as ending on July 8th, so it’s not clear if those will change, too.

Il y a 6 jours · Poor cell reception and internet. How is it possible that this is the speed in 2024 in Canada on a 5G phone? I'm trying to call customer support but the line keeps cutting or unexpectedly hanging up.
