You will learn some day,you will never fly with them again. CBC had to get involved in order get some satisfaction, don't go down that road, boycott this airline terrible.

13 déc. 2015 · Sunwing rep in St. Maarten was very sweet but didn't know a * thing about anything. She had to refer to her supervisor for EVERYTHING. When I asked to speak to the supervisor directly, she wouldn't even come out of her office to meet with me, but spoke to me on the phone and was INCREDIBLY condescending.

29 mars 2020 · Sunwing you promised your customers affected by COVID a full refund then you CHANGE the policy even after telling customers that they would have a full refund within 20 days. I am sure there are many unhappy customers and we will be going after you for our money.
As well, our resort booking meant that they could bump us to another sister hotel. It was for 2 nights but all of our friends that flew the day before were at the other hotel. No Sunwing rep as he was late the first day and we wouldn't wait for him to show up. Hotel said it as Sunwing's fault and Sunwing said it was the hotels fault.

10 mars 2017 · fly with sunwing to Cuba from Montreal in june. It's my second time ( didn't like them the first time but give them another chance and what a mistake ) and NEVER again. We book for a direct fly and guess what happens: they fly us to Jamaica first before droppind us at Cuba. So a fly of 3h30 became 6h00.
I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction and disappointment in the way Sunwing handled the entire Mexico situation. The lack of communication and respect for the customers was surreal while we were stranded for 26 hours. By now I imagine a lot of complaints have been received.
