In the mid-1960s, the Rascals fused the best of rock and soul with memorable hits like 'Good Lovin' and 'I Ain't Gonna Eat Out My Heart Anymore", and they remain the most beloved of acts of that era.
Il y a 1 jour · The band most of us know as The Rascals originally called themselves The Young Rascals and Groovin’ was the final album before they dropped ‘Young’. This record is full of good songs and I imagine back in 1967 lots of teenagers had good times while listening to this collection.
Il y a 3 jours · In 1945, Dino Danelli, drummer with "The Rascals," was born in New York City. The blue-eyed soul group was called "The Young Rascals" until all group members turned 20 -- in 1966. Their No. 1 hits included "Good Lovin'" in 1966, "Groovin'" in '67 and "People Got to Be Free" in 1968. They went their separate ways in the early '70s.
