5 août 2024 · The Easyjet flight sback on 3rd and 4th August were to Gatwick and they were sold out. We were offered Manchester or Glasgow after 10pm on 2nd August, but that meant we would not be able to get back to our car at Luton airport parking. We were told to use the app, but that only lets you rebook Easyjet flights and they were sold out.

3 août 2024 · Easyjet should have rerouted you: arranged flights as soon as possible after the cancelled flight, if necessary on another airline. If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full costs of your new flights.
12 avr. 2024 · 12 April at 3:10PM. easyJet cancelled a recent return flight after a long airport delay- the cancellation was due to a technical issue with the plane. The cancellation was at 2330 on the Saturday. We were informed by Swissport to use the app to rebook onto a new flight. The next available flight was on the Monday.
