I love Phoebe so much and her acting truly has improve from TVD to TO S2-3. Case in point, the Hayley and Klaus fight scene in 3x2, Jackson death scene, etc. She was amazing there. What bothered me tho was her accent. If you watch those scenes again you can really tell she's trying really hard to stop her accent.
