Fitzwilliam College – affectionately known as Fitz – is a friendly and welcoming community, founded in 1869 to widen access to Cambridge. With about 140 students in each year, our students and staff create an amazing community and make sure that the college is a warm and supportive space for both studying and socialising.
Fitzwilliam College has a wide range of accommodation available for undergraduate and postgraduate students: 382 rooms on the main College site and 245 in College houses, most of which are located within five minutes walk of the main Storey's Way site.

Fitzwilliam College has a dynamic Fellowship team, with particular expertise in criminal and social justice issues, including criminal law, employment law, sentencing, human rights, and the penal system.

17 févr. 2024 · The Fitzwilliam IT Office consists of four full time members of staff and one part time. Their main role is to ensure that the Fitzwilliam College IT infrastructure is working effectively. The IT team are located in Gatehouse, on the ground floor of U Staircase. Guests to the College may connect to Wi-Fi using the UniofCam-Guest wireless service.
