On peut le dire, le résultat est très convaincant. Le scénario va ainsi nous ramener là où tout a commencé car comme son nom l’indique, le premier contact alien est au cœur de cette intrigue.

Mais qu'importe, Premier Contact est une étape importante pour la mythologie de Star Trek et l'évolution de la Terre au delà du 20e siècle. Certes, ce n'est pas conforme à la série Next Génération qui était bien vieillissante, et c'est tant mieux.
