Purity is my new favourite song of 2018. After listening for days, I can easily say this song is a work of art. Frank is perfectly synergized with the instrumentals, introducing new sounds and rhythms I haven't heard in his previous records. His verse flows so smoothly, and I'd love for his next record to implement more rapping/singing like this.

Frank Ocean rhymes the first verse in which he talks about his struggles to find peace of mind. He also linked up with Rocky on another Testing track, "Brotha Man." Rocky, Finatik N Zac, Dean Blunt, and Hector Delgado's production features a manipulated sample of Lauryn Hill's 2002 track "I Gotta Find Peace of Mind."

Rocky and Frank go in on this track. I never would have imagined Rocky would make a song like this, it’s so different. My buddy and I were stoned when we first listened to it and we were in awe, we weren’t even listening to rap at that point, he really created a whole new vibe with this.
