Parmi ses plus grands succès, on compte les chansons Caruso et Hero, ou bien encore (Everything I Do) I Do It For You. Il est le fils de Matthew Schon. Il a aujourd'hui 70 ans. Il peut aussi être connu sous les noms de N. Schon, Neal Joseph Schon et de Neil Schon.
