Tripsta is a Cheater company. I booked 7 tickets through Tripsta . We cancelled one ticket out of 7 3 days before travel date . Tripsta charged us : Airline charges = Usd 100 and Tripsta charges for accepting ticket cancellation Usd 200. Its a thug company .

30 mai 2014 · Inexplicable cancellations. I have made three bookings with Tripsta recently. The first one was absolutely fine, good price and e-ticket issued very promptly. The second one seemed absolutely fine, slightly higher fare than the identical first (reasonable given it was a couple of days later).
In that case, if Tripsta had placed a charge on his credit card which was processed but there is no ticket then he could contact his card provider to see what could be done about disputing the charge. If Tripsta had made a booking and paid for it then it was very likely a nonrefundable ticket and the chance of any refund there will be microscopic.
