Robert Wagner (né le 13 octobre 1895 Robert Heinrich Backfisch à Lindach près d'Eberbach sur Neckar, mort fusillé le 14 août 1946 au Fort Ney, au nord de Strasbourg) était Gauleiter de Bade, puis du Gau « Oberrhein » (Rhin supérieur) qui englobait le Pays de Bade et celui d'Alsace, et faisait partie des fonctionnaires nazis les plus importants du Troisième Reich.
