All applications for Air Canada Rouge need to be submitted online. You can view our current job openings and choose the position you would like to apply for. Then, submit your application form and a resume and tell us why you would like to work for us.
Air Canada Rouge safety training in Toronto or Montreal. Prepare yourself for our flight safety and procedures training that’s second to none. This is a comprehensive 6-week program (4 weeks technical, 2 weeks service) in which all in-flight safety information will be covered, including pre- and post-flight boarding procedures.
Our Premium Rouge services pave the way to a smooth and seamless airport experience with access to dedicated check-in counters and boarding lanes. Need to get away from the crowds? You can take a break at one of our award-winning Maple Leaf Lounges, where available, when flying out of a Canadian airport.
All Air Canada Rouge Crew members need to meet the following list of "be’s and "have’s": Be over 18 years of age. Be proficient in English. Bilingual (English/French) candidates will be given priority consideration.
