Sinister is a death metal band from Schiedam, the Netherlands, formed in 1988. They have released fourteen albums, most recently Deformation of the Holy Realm in 2020. The band was idle between 2003 and 2005, after which Aad Kloosterwaard, the only constant member, switched from drums to vocals.

16 juin 2020 · SINISTER Une détermination sans faille (ou presque) Depuis 1992, les Bataves de Sinister nous envoient régulièrement des brûlots Death Metal pas très catholiques comme Syncretism pour lequel nous nous étions entretenus avec son chanteur il y a trois ans et qui fit son petit effet.
Sinister est un vétéran de la scène death metal européenne. Le groupe, formé en 1989, se fait remarquer par Nuclear Blast qui publie son premier album, Cross The Styx, en 1992.
