Karl-Heinz Urban dit Karl Urban, né le 7 juin 1972 à Wellington, est un acteur néo-zélandais. Révélé par son interprétation d'Éomer dans la trilogie Le Seigneur des Anneaux, réalisée par Peter Jackson au début des années 2000, il évolue ensuite dans le deuxième opus de la trilogie Riddick, avec Vin Diesel.

Karl's biggest roles include Éomer in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, as well as Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy in Star Trek (2009), William Cooper in RED (2010) and Judge Dredd in Dredd (2012).
