20 mars 2024 · EWG’s 2024 Dirty Dozen™ is loaded with fungicides that can disrupt human hormone systems. This year, 75 percent of non-organic produce – and 95 percent of items on the Dirty Dozen – is coated with pesticides.
Dirty Dozen™. Of the 46 items included in our analysis, these 12 fruits and vegetables were most contaminated with pesticides. 1. Strawberries. 2. Spinach. 3. Kale, collard & mustard greens. 4. Grapes. 5. Peaches. 6. Pears. 7. Nectarines. 8. Apples. 9. Bell & hot Peppers. 10. Cherries. 11. Blueberries. 12. Green Beans.
28 avr. 2023 · According to the EWG, consumers need to know the annual Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen lists because pesticides, which are substances that help to keep pests away from crops, “are toxic by design” and exposure to them can lead to a higher risk of chronic disease, like cancer.
