Rachel Treweek (née Montgomery; born 4 February 1963) is an English Anglican bishop who sits in the House of Lords as a Lord Spiritual. Since June 2015, she has served as Bishop of Gloucester, the first female diocesan bishop in the Church of England.

Bishop Rachel was consecrated as the 41 st Bishop of Gloucester in 2015 and made history by becoming the first female diocesan bishop and the first female bishop in the House of Lords. Bishop Rachel trained as a Speech and Language Therapist at Reading University where she gained a BA in Linguistics and Language Pathology.
