Yoweri Museveni, né le 15 septembre 1944 à Ntungamo, est un homme d'État ougandais, président de la république d'Ouganda depuis 1986 [1]. Commandant du Mouvement de résistance nationale (NRM), il monte une guerre de brousse contre le gouvernement du président Milton Obote après l’élection controversée de ce dernier en 1980.
